Sorority Fall COB for a Junior

Can I fall cob as a junior or am I too old to get in to a respectable house? I didn’t transfer here or anything i just banked on spring COB this year and the options were uhhh......

I dont understand... the only houses who didnt cob were (in my knowledge) c4 sdt and pi phi so you still had 8 other houses you could have tried for, and many of those houses are still considered ‘respectable’
