AD has the best physical house, while Chi Psi and and Llenroc have the best overall properties (huge lawns and good exteriors). After those three, SAE, Sig Phi, Sig Chi, and Beta round out the upper tier of physical houses.

For the record, Beta used to be a top house before they killed a pledge and had to go dry. They’re house and property are very large. Unfortunately they’re brotherhood is underwhelming and no one realizes how good they’re property actually is
