greek life dead?

Why does everyone keep saying Greek life is dead? Maybe I’m just not in the know but it seems pretty active still. I’m confused what Martha changed?

Greek life has been here for over 150 yrs and will LONG outlast liberal ol Martha.

Something obviously changed, it's in response to something awful that happened last semester that we all know, maybe most of us had nothing to do with it and maybe the rules seem unfair but they're in place to try n make campus safer. Ignoring the rules is a fun way to get on sopro or kicked off, honestly move on and accept them. If (when) they end up being seen as stupid and pointless rules they'll get repealed and reformed but for now live with it.
