reasons u were cut during recruitment

by: 2020

1) you were boring. One girl said she went to a really cool location over break and didn’t elaborate at all.
2) your grooming was bad.
3) you were nice but that’s all you offered.
4) nothing. I liked one girl. She was pretty and really nice. I didn’t score her highly enough so she didn’t return. Sometimes it’s literally an accident
5) you didn’t let the sister you were talking with speak
6) you seemed underprepared for recruitment at a house where girls are over prepared
7) your outfit is just weird. I saw a lot of really weird outfits

A lot of girls I cut because I couldn’t think of a single girl they would be friends with In the house even tho I liked them as people

You sound like such a lovely person!
Oh, and you got into a sorority with girls from your high school.

So in summary...
you talked too much or you didn’t talk enough
You were nice or you were boring
You went on a good trip but didn’t give enough details about it
You were under groomed or you tried too hard with your outfits.
You didn’t seem to be prepared or you were too excited to let a sister talk as well...
damned if you do, damned if you don’t...
Or the sister just screwed up and didn’t rank you high enough...oh well...too bad.

Sad that "underprepared" is a even problem. This isn't a prelim...
