that wasn't hate..unless you're referring to just in general on this site in which case it just has to do with them being the newest. phi sig was treated like them before phi mu came, also without any real reason. it's getting late in the year for cob so don't really know if phi sig or others are still doing it

yeah try PM. hate that comes from this site usually comes from superficial stuff so not really helpful in helping you decide how much you actually like the house
