frat rankings post spring 2020 rush w/ descriptions

Lots of inaccurate rankings coming from people not affiliated with Greek Life - here's how people in Greek Life view frats. Also have info from friends about rush, so all the rush info is valid.
Sig Chi - great underground PC of close to 20. Nothing else to say, still top house.
DU - got 17 and took rushes from Sig Pi and Sig Phi. Hopefully can stay on campus now with the new regulations.
Sig Phi - got good numbers and they needed to considering the low numbers they had last year, their fall is being completely overdramatized
Sig Pi - had been rushing very well the past couple years, but this rush was rougher since they tried to compete with Sig Chi and DU for rushes and lost most of them. Had about 10, but probably snap bidded enough kids to get into the upper teens
AD - SoPro hurt them. Seen as a slightly creepier house than the others in this tier, and didn't get a strong enough underground PC to validate their rep. Tbh we could see them fall out of top tier in the next couple of years. Lost people they tried to rush underground to Chi Phi.
Chi Phi - Outstanding spring rush for them. Got a lot of kids, from guys who thought they might not get a bid from a top house to guys also rushing Chi Psi, Fiji, etc. Took rushes from all the houses under them. Definitely could see them take AD's spot with the big guns soon, if not this year. Took 20+
Chi Psi - Had an okay rush. Got the old rep and a great house/location going for them. Still seen as social climby, and frankly have a lot of wack brothers. Lost guys to Chi Phi and cross-rushed a lot with Fiji. See them remaining upper mid for the near future.
Fiji - Very solid rush. Got 20+, including taking rushes from DX and Lambda. Expect them to stay in/lead upper mid these next couple of years.
DX - Still staying afloat, but needed to bid weirder kids to stay financially viable. Lost rushes to Chi Phi and Fiji. Expect them to drop once the older brothers graduate this year.
Lambda - Got a PC of close to 25, but again, needed to bid some weirder kids to get it done. Still trying to fill their house with brothers, and still trying too hard to social climb. They'll stay in mid/upper mid for the near future.
TDX - Don't know much about their PC, but got some football guys. The football guys keep this house in mid/ upper mid.
PiKapp - Got a tiny PC of about ten, maybe they snap bidded to get more. Lost rushes to Chi Phi, Fiji, and Chi Psi. Definition of mid tier.
Pike - Same boat as PiKapp. Lost guys to Lambda and PiKapp. Numbers being down hurt all of mid tier as a whole this spring. Also mid tier.

neither pike or pikapp have 12 kids. pike got 17 and pi kapp got similar.
"top rushes" didn't rush fiji or DX this year.
Lambda's pc IS on par with fiji, but only because both houses took wack guys to fill the house.
rank is bull based off that.

facts lol both sig pi and pi kapp got closer to 20 kids. You can argue about the quality of the pcs but lying about the size is pathetic
