dx and chi phi - underrated houses for this semester

There is a lot of false rumors spread on Greekrank but these are two houses that have solid classes and a great social schedule planned for the semester (they coordinated their schedules last month).

People from other houses have been spreading rumors about pending investigations and social probation for Chi Phi. Even though Chi Phi could be on social probation this semester, they are still a great house full of athletes and overall cool guys.

Looking at DX, they evidently have solid brothers that were able to get really close over their past semester of social probation. With communication between socials, they definitely have comeback social schedule planned for this year. Excited to see where they take it, since a lot of houses have been spamming Greekrank with posts from their own house.

Try not to follow the b.s on Greekrank and make a choice for yourself. Both of these houses are set to thrive with the baby mixers and wet mixers they have planned for this semester.

Please keep in mind that Sig Pi, Pikapp, ZBT, Fiji, and Lambda have been known for self posting in the past to defame other houses. It is unnecessary and I hope you guys don’t fall for that.

Greek life is on thin ice overall and any house that has a solid schedule planned for this semester can do well.
