Sure, Chi Phi has a strong brotherhood and good relations with tri delt and pi phi but still belong in the upper mid tier. No core four relations and just started to build relations with SDT this semester. Also they don’t own their property and their party attendance has dropped since CUPD is always waiting outside their house. Their parties weren’t anything too special last year.
