They’re all very good houses with different vibes so wait till pref and see which one you like the most. But you’ll be happy in any of those three and they all have wonderful girls.

theta and alpha phi and pi phi are super different. go to all of them for pref (or the top 2) and ask questions. see who is more genuine.
