Here's the deal: people can say whatever they want on a computer. Rankings can be whatever anyone with a keyboard wants them to be.

Join an organization that you love, that you connect with, and go with your gut. There are people who are in a "low-tier" org and absolutely love it, and there are people who are "upper tier" and hate it. And vice versa. The only way you will really be happy is if you go with what YOU love, and everyone on this website knows that deep down.
