how important is gpa?

How important is GPA during rush? For sororities a 3.0 may meet the requirement, but still isn't great ya know. Would you recommend still rushing if the house you want is in the core four?

If you have what people consider and easy major, wait to rush and work on your gpa. But if your major is engineering you're fine.
