chi phi really an upper frat?

Why is chi phi always ranked as an upper tier frat? Their sweethearts are dropping left and right because they’re realizing how creepy some of the guys are and their mixer schedule is mediocre at best. What makes them so great?

I’d say it comes down to the quality of guys they get. They pull from a different crowd than houses like llenroc and get more athletic/cool kids so there really is no comparison

Yeah open parties are nice but there are way better houses on campus. They pull a totally different tier of girls over all just look around at majority of their parties. I wouldn't say the guys are creepy but they don't know how to talk to girls and we don't really go there to talk to them lol. Super diverse which is respectable but overall theres literally no argument for them being topp
