dx vs. chi psi

I really connect and get along with all the guys in both these houses after last semester and rush. DX has a nice chill vibe and solid reputation on campus for a while now, but Chi Psi is a lot of fun and really shot up in popularity for just coming back on campus. In terms of everything else their both not that different. Has anyone got any tips or insights between these two that would help make a decision? I know a few people are in the same situation rn
