Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 Was the football house until they got kicked in 2018. They're recolonizing next month in August. They were a strong upper tier house and they have a big yard (hosted 1000+ person slopeday parties in 2016 and 2017). Would be shocked if they don't do well this year.

Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 Going along with what others are saying. Not at the level that they think they are, but there’s potential, potential to go upper mid after this year if rush goes well, have to be very selective. Huge property for darties so have high hopes

Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 A pretty low-key house, but they have some of the most fun mixers, especially slope day. They've got a lot of football guys and non football guys, but actually have a pretty tight brotherhood. Get pretty rowdy when they party.

Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 In the space of 14 minutes this evening, the reviewer below left similar Bottom/1.0 rating for a total of seven houses. Those seven houses together have over 200 brothers. This is so dumb. GR isn't a good thing for the system.

Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.1 They started recruiting last spring and have 30+ brothers for their founding class. Most of the guys are athletes. They also have mixers lined up with upper and top sororities, so you do the math, SNU is doing something right with this recolonization. Upper tier house again. Fact.
