Although their house is nice and the alumni have so money to spend, the quality of a house at the end of the day comes down to the quality of their brothers

Fyi for frosh, SAE has had 1 mixer in 2 years and just took a PC of 3 weird juniors in rush. No hate, but they definitely misrepresent themselves here

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 Their ability to grind greekrank is unmatched on campus as seen here. In real life they would need at least 2-4 years to even become a mid house because they’re so small in brother count AND their current guys are weird. don’t believe their self-ranks, go meet them in person and be horrified

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 lots of fake reviews posted by sae so let me give a real assessment: was comparable to what chi psi is now 10 years ago, but killed a kid and got kicked off came back without a house so they got a pretty weird/nerdy founding class have strong alumni and tossed some money around to get their first mixer this semester, but don’t really know any sororities well also known to post on this site a lot (as seen here on their page) overall a good house if everywhere else cuts you but you still want to go greek

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 Let’s just put it this way. Most frats if you tell people you’re a part of them, the response will probably just be “oh word.” If you tell people you’re part of SAE they will probably let out an involuntary “oof”.
