Every time I see a girl I assume isn't in a sorority, chances are she's in Kappa. Top tier mixers, but their PC was one of the worst. Girls tend to be sheltered and superficial. You can thank kappa for the end of the term "core four".

Used to be fun, beautiful party girls, solidly top of the middle tier. DIfficult to say now because PC 14 is not as pretty, kinda awkward. But more involved and studious.

They're clearly having issues being new to the bottom of the bottom. Self ranking and bashing other houses. JUst because you say something doesn't make it true. PNMs will see it. PIKE has done a great job rebuilding themselves. The brothers are extremely involved on campus and a ton of fun to hangout with. Parties were extremely fun even though they don't have their actual house back yet. Looking forward to spending time with all of them this upcoming semester!

uhhh is anyone else confused how PSS got a PC hotter than AEphi and KD? maybe even tri delt. Needs to be more organized/involved, their PC may be middle tier quality but there is work to be done. Definitely best of the bottom tier.
