trying to "be descriptive"

Basing this off of experiences (all ranked in order). DISCLAIMER: All 300 girls in each house do not all fit this description.. This is just how I view them all based on observations and actions of some of the girls in each house.
TOP:
ADPi: These girls are southern, usually blonde and usually have a pretty high GPA. I've met a lot that are extremely annoying because they think that their letters make them better than you, but I've also met a few who are genuinely sweet.
DDD: Every Tri-Delt I've actually met, I've loved. While they may have slipped, they're catching their grip again. Pretty genuine sorority and the girls all have a pretty level head.
ZTA: Oh, ZTA. I've met ZTA's I love (usually legacies) and ZTA's that I absolutely cannot stand. They have a solid reputation (almost at every school, too) of being sloppy and easy. If you're pretty, you're in. I've heard their sisterhood is pretty rough as well.
MIDDLE:
AXO: One word: party. You'll see them downtown every chance they get. I've never met a mean AXO (wait, I lied- I've come across 1). Pretty sweet girls who are pulling better and better pledge classes every year. Plus, their house is so cute.
KD: Gotta love the girl scout cookies... And their last pledge class shows it. A wide range of girls but they're self-ranking pretty hard these days. Their older pledge classes are keeping them in the middle. I've lost a lot of respect for KD after this past year (aka writing on the board & poisoning a roommate).

MIDDLE CONT'D
XO: Put on a great rush but pull an awkward pledge class. Still, some of the coolest girls you'll ever meet. Every XO I've met has been happy (maybe high, too) but very personable group of ladies! Plus, their philanthropy is one of the best on campus.
KKG: An overall mix of girls but completely genuine. Last two pledge classes have been surprisingly great and their rising quickly. Very welcoming and they can really party hard. Interested to see how this house does for recruitment.
Phi Mu: Another real mix of girls. Very sweet, and some hidden gems. For a new house, they're killing it. Phi Mu's are always willing to lend a helping hand. Older pledge classes are a little rough but... they're getting there.
BOTTOM:
DZ: For a house who used to be okay, they're dropping off quickly. Awkward is a good way to describe the last two pledge classes. Some overall cool girls in the older pc's but common ladies... it's time to step it up.
GPHI: Pretty much give out bids like they're candy. Sweet girls but they try really hard to fit the sorority stereotype. Very awkward. I even feel awkward writing about them...
AGD: Newer house with weird girls. Going through their house during recruitment was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. New isn't an excuse 3 years later (look at Phi Mu). Some okay girls, some not so much.
Pi Phi: Who? Yeah, I don't know either. National powerhouse.. Not so much here.

This is definitely a little off. Phi Mu is definitely above KKG. and honestly hung out with a few AGDs and DZs last year and I think AGD is moving past them with each pledge class to be honest, they were all mad chill and the newer pledge classes are actually hot. We'll have to see what Pi Phi will do this year with the girls they get. XO is accurate though, always hot chill girls

I have to take up for my XO friends here. My room mate pledge them last year. I don't know any girls that are awkward or get high. What's up with that? You should really not make up sh-t about others. All the XO's that I know are cool, but they're also smart, nice and pretty girls. I'm rushing this year and they are def. my first choice.

I'd guess you're a Kappa. And you have the order of the middle tiers all wrong. KD is bottom of middle tier now.
