Do the Pi Phi have a house on campus yet? Or when will they be getting one. I know this is a new chapter at USC.

No they do not and USC hasn't come out with any new information for Phase 2 so as of now there are no plans for housing any time soon. I believe they're willing to build, they just need the land.
