Are you greek? If so you'd be aware of the police officers that are right outside of greek village Thursday-Saturday every night waiting to catch someone. So we don't parties at our on campus houses.

Next. Since we can't have parties at the house we have them elsewhere, where we are subjected to rules and regulations (risk management). We have insurance, but if we don't abide by the details outlined in our agreement we will be sued for millions if anything happens. Idk about you but I don't have millions lying around.

Lastly, put all our resources in one party? Like 20,000$ for one party? With all the regulations I'm not even sure if there's 20,000$ worth of things I can buy for a party besides a performer.

It's easier said than done. It's not like the movies, and this isn't the 80s or 90s we all try to have fun but must keep it within a mean.

No offense but I think you're pretty wrong.

Our Tailgates are our equivalent of the big front yard parties that take place at Bama/Auburn. They're probably more reckless too. All the fraternities are nearby, alcohol and women never stop arriving and performers are frequent. You can do literally anything in the lots too. Including literally burn your tailgate to the ground (it happened last fall)

We rent out some awesome bars in five points, a lot of which have more than one bar and lots of space inside. Sometimes there's a tab or at least usually some kind of half-off tab set up. A huge bar full of your 80 closest brothers and 100 something girls with free/cheap drinks for all is underrated.

We have house parties off campus with kegs in the backyard and people climbing on roofs and such you just wont hear that advertised as an official "XYZ Party" because no one wants to take on liabillity
