Why is Sig Ep having so many problems recruiting? ATO and Fiji already have twice the number of guys. Granted the quality isn't great but at USC you need numbers to compete that's how Beta came back quickly.

You couldn't possibly have known how many members fiji has, they were giving out bids yesterday, and they might not even be done.
