Still top tier for sure, though. It'd be a sin to think Chi O or anyone beneath them is above DDD. They've been top for too long. 1 pledge class will not pull them down. NOW, if they just drop down continuously, then they'll start to decline tier-wise. But for now they're still top. Still beautiful girls overall
