ATO house rental

So what happens when AXiD loses their house in the Greek village because either ATO comes back or one of the other chapters without a house pays ATO more to lease it? Does AXiD become the new PiPhi?

The school has no say in who rents what house. Or a sorority would be in the Lambda Chi house instead of Beta. Also ATO kicked our Phi Sig for AXiD, so they could do the same the to them if a higher bidder came along. Phi Mu bought their house in like 2014....

pretty sure school does have a say since the houses are on university property (aka why all the house are dry and you need a uni parking pass). phi sig got in trouble with the school for hazing in the house probs why ato didn’t want them again. also no sorority didn’t have a house when beta moved into lamda.

The school has a say over rules not who rents. It’s 100% up to the housing corps. Educate yourself.
