I would so not put alpha xi over pi phi or gamma phi. Alpha xi retention of holding new members is terrible. They had a big chapter and then because they lost so many people this year before rush that is why the size of parties had to change. This is what my roommate in alpha xi told me.

they went from having basically nonexistent dues to having to pay for a house/meal plan so obviously that changed things for them. I don't see why that would hurt this year's retention tho bc the new mems knew what the cost would be going in?

Pi phi didn’t meet quota after this rush so they’re about to lose their house :/ alpha xi is only 3 years old and has gotten seriously good pledge classes from what I’ve seen
