What is it with all these Fraternities recolonizing?

Phi Kappa Psi
Lambda Chi

Lambda Chi I kinda get... they kept their house on Milledge and were not gone very long. These other groups I just don't think there is a realist chance they last very long and get established.

TKE used to be mid when they had KS house but when KS returned in 2012 they returned to bottom until they were suspended for hazing.
