Move dtd down. They have like 40 guys. Dumb to pretend theyre relevant . Chip si that same thing . Phi kapp is bad and always has been here. Just move on

DTD has more than 40 guys, and PKT definitely has more. All 3 have good enough parties and pull to be where they are. No one else below them has the parties or the pull to move up.

Add the top 3 of top to make a bottom row for best in the country or add the bottom row of top to mid or their own space. Also move OX and ChiPsi up at least one row, they are both good enough to be with the frats you have above them.
