What sorority does chi phi mainly hang out with ?? Is it just old row or new row

That's not what a sister sorority is. A sister sorority is something your nationals decides and it doesn't always translate to the sorority that your local chapter hangs with the most although it can.

No nationals of a sorority or fraternity sanctions a brother/sister designation at either the national or chapter level. A sorority exists on its own and a fraternity exists on its own with no alliances to other orgs, official or unofficial, and the NPC and IFC are completely different and separate umbrella organizations.
