1. SNU - great house, good quality guys, and great sorority relations.
2. PKA - great tailgates and house, real quality guys and also good sorority relations.
3. KS - close to the 2 above them but lack a small bit with the factors the other 2 have.
4. Phi Delt - cool house but kind of weird guys, have decent tailgates though.
5. TEP - kinda do their own thing, ok tailgates, and ok everything else.

Not bad but tbh I would have KS and Pike over SN who is almost as boring as PDT is. KS PKA and TEP are the social engines of row where SN and PDT have good sororities around but don't do a lot.
