Eh, while sig and beta arent so hot, pkt has $0 and no alumni support . Can they move up like delta sig ? Maybe. But id drop them down and replace with sig pi or theta chi

SP yes, OX no. They just rechartered not too long ago and have bid really squid-like guys mostly, their pull is bad. They can be mid eventually they just need a lot more time and to be more selective and not bidding all of the leftover guys the other groups on their tier don't bid.
