Pull is definitely good, It's also got a lot of high quality guys in it too but yeah they do low key clique up. Not having pledge ship or the big parties, due to no alc in house, to bond over kind of back fires but is obviously safer.

SigEp should move up if anything, yeah they do clique up but what top frat doesn't? I See KA SX ChiPhi KS Pike and PiKapp clique up too, no one says anything when those frats do it..

That's why SAE is going downhill too, pledge ship is supposed to be a bonding experience not having that is big. The party thing also hurts as they have to go to other frats parties or throw them money to throw with them, guys end up branching out to other frats they like to party with instead of their own. It ruins the brotherhood.

SN blanket bids geeds and they hardly have any house parties of note, and honestly DSP SPE BTP PDT don't throw a lot of house parties either. DT and tailgates are there but it's definitely not a good look for any of them. After old row it looks like this.

If you were ranking social lives Pike SX and KS would be a row up and SAE would be with KA, ATO and Fiji would be with SN and PKP then just because of pull and quality of guys the rest of the no alc in house frats like DSP PDT BTP SigEp, only SN kind of gets around it but still more low key. Groups like TEP SP and PKT do a great job of throwing good parties too, DTD AEPi and to a lesser extent OX ChiPsi and Lambda all throw good parties and have ok pull too. It's just when anyone above these does something too it hampers the success.
Really only TEP has broken through and competes with DSP PDT SN SPE BTP with parties, SP AEPi and PKT are low key building a lot too.

Out of everyone on the next row down, SP is by far the best of them to be included higher. Maybe PKT or DTD deserve to be higher based off of pull and their parties but yeah SP is the most well rounded after TEP.

Lmao, OX is desperate to jump tiers when they are barely on the row they are on. When DTD pulls better sororities and throw bigger parties compared to a house on milledge... Then you know you got problems.
