tke or chi phi?

My brother is a Chi Phi but my best friend is a TKE I have a bid from both.
I know Chi Phi has a ok house but the bros at TKE are just so real and frat. Please let me know which one has the better "rep" bc I want to make my decision soon to tell my dads.
