They live a lot on reputation, also can't compete with the rest of the top 10 frats for in state guys BUT they have a monopoly on getting the best OOS guys. They are looked down on as the clear #3 but with SAE being softer than a wet blanket and KA being... Anti minority let's call it, ChiPho is the best of the dying OR options.
