Their board members (present and previous) are just a group of flamers, their power comes in numbers. Honestly they are a joke. Some of the guys in this house are just a little snobby, not a huge fan, but not horrible guys. Less exclusive than SigEp, not much social influence because of their lack of house. . They'll be much better when and if they move into a real house.

I mean let's be real Washburn University isn't known for their Greek Life but if I had to choose a house it would be Phi. They are super laid back and they don't take themselves seriously. They are proud of their house and what it represents but they aren't going to disown you if you miss events or if you aren't involved with Greek Life. A great example of what a sorority should be.

Im a KU Guy in a top tier house and my bros and my Pi Phi gf and her sisters are impressed with these guys. Lot classier guys than the Sig Eps here!
