SAE, Sigma chi, Sig ep, Delt, Pi kapp, Sigma nu

They all have houses.

SAE and Sigma Chi obviously have the nicest houses. SigEp has a pretty cool complex too. Delt has a nice one but it's like 30 minutes from campus. Sigma Nu and PiKapp have pretty nice houses but they're also Sigma Nu and PiKapp...everyone else's house is either garbage or they don't have one

How big is the Delt house? I know all the other ones hold 20-30 guys except maybe PiKap but I've only seen pics of Delt's and it doesn't look like it sleeps very many...

I believe Delts house holds like 15 people. And PiKapp holds like over 20 guys too

Delt house is like 10-15 minutes off campus. Similar with KA and a few others

You can just google the houses or maybe rush and see. But sigma chi and sae have the nicest houses and sig ep and Delt have cool ones too

Sigma Chi is having to move out of their house again and by "cool house" I guess Delts plain average 4 bedroom house is cool? Lollol

Definitely Triangle, with Chi phi and theta chi right behind them. Sigma nu's is chill too

SAE and Sigma Chi. Sigep is a close second, followed by Sigma Nu. I'd throw Delt in there too but their house is 30+ minutes away from anywhere where most students actually live and I don't think it's quite as large
