What fraternities have houses, how do they rank up?

I’ll be rushing next semester and I am wondering what fraternities actually have houses here

Sigma Chi and SAE are the only fraternities with legit houses. Every other fraternity has a barn.

This is not true? Sig Chi has a house but SAE has a lodge everyone else has houses and/or barns

The frats that have actually good houses are Alpha Sig, Sigma Chi, SAE, PiKapp, and Pike. Everyone else either has a barn or their house just isn’t very impressive. Alpha Sig and Sigma Chi have probably the most impressive properties at Texas A&M
