I’d agree that DZ is maybe 7 out of these, but definitley more desired than other middle houses like KD or PiPhi. Upper mid I guess.

I agree that there are two different bubbles. It depends on who you talk to.

Going through rush I was most interested in KKG, XO, and DDD. Also, PBP and KAT. But, I know people that were interested in the other: ZTA, DG, AXO, and DZ. Do what feels right to you!
