What is the problem with the PKT here
by: Not a real TX schoolPi Phi, Kappa, Theta are THE top sororities at Texas, SMU, SMU, Baylor, Tech, TCU etc especially Pi Phi. Why is that not the case here and the PKT not prevailing? It’s always those three then Zeta/Tri Delt.

It’s bc A&M is not a traditionally Greek school. All of the sororities here are a huge mix of girl types and in reality they are all basically the same. People will try to hype their chapter up, but the reality is A&M is not a Greek school and all the chapters are literally the same!

Facts. 90% of people at A&M look and act the same. UT is 100x more diverse so the elite PKT girls at UT make up less than a fraction of its popularity. And the difference between PKT at UT and all the sororities at A&M, minus KKG and Tridelt, is that the PKT’s are all from the rich highland park, Memorial and river oaks neighborhoods from Dallas and Houston. A lot of them still remain in the same high school cliques unlike the girls that go to different sororities at UT and A&M. That’s why PKT really only mingles with Fiji, SAE and SigEp at UT and why KKG and Tridelt only mingle with Fiji, KA, and Beta at A&M. It’s the same high school friend groups from the Houston and Dallas communities (Memorial, Episcopal, Kinkaid, Dallas Jesuit, Lamar, etc)
