Yes they cut hard
Don’t listen to anyone here saying they’re a crap chapter. They are far from being all barbies but they are all very much hand selected. They already know if they want you on day 0.

Cuts are different for every chapter and vary due to numbers/ rankings from year to year… yes chi o dirty rushes big time but I wouldn’t say that “how a chapter cuts” or “how hard a chapter cuts” determines if they are a good chapter or not… each chapter has different rules they follow from the nationals

How does Chi-o get away with all the dirty rushing? I'm guessing b/c no one wants to report them for fear of not getting their bid to Chi-O? My roommate was dirty rushed by them. She didn't go chi-o but they wanted her!

Chi o at tamu has always been meh. bigger girls that go to camp and private school, religious and judgmental. known for songfest but that’s about it!!! If camp and grades are your thing and you don’t wear makeup you will fit in here. Known for dirty rushing so don’t be surprised if your mom gets a call from a chi o during recruitment! Also, their house is not the best!

How many girls you are allowed to invited back is different for every chapter based on retention rates, the higher the rate the lower the # of girls you are allowed to invite back is HOWEVER if you get it approved by nationals, a chapter can choose to invite back less girls than is allotted but never more

Looks like tridelt Kappa and chi o are feeling the pressure and trying to stay relevant and portray their houses as “exclusive” when in reality these 3 are has beens who have fallen to the bottom and haven’t had very good recruitments the last few years… never have a cool bid day theme and are grasping at straws with these posts. Kappa has a terrible rep now and tridelt has fallen off the radar within Greek life. Chi o is treading water

Actually someone from chi-o called my mom and asked her if I wanted to be a chi-o b/c if so, there was a place for me. We all went to the same private high school so it's cool.
