Is rush worth it as a sophomore?

I will be a sophomore this coming fall and I was wondering if rush would be worth it for me. I have a gpa above 3.0 but I don’t know many girls in greek life and I’m not super rich (not stereotyping I just know dues can be a lot). Give your honest opinions please!

D went through recruitment this past fall as a sophomore and is very happy she did. It’s been a great way to make friends and be involved. Trust the process...she definitely doesn’t regret it.

Going through as a sophomore is totally okay. Majority of women going through will be freshman however in my rho gam alone I met many sophomores going through. As always keep an open mind, know your values, be yourself, and things will work out.

TAMU has an upperclassman quota so you should be fine. In other words, you won’t be competing against freshman for a spot.
