2020 recruitment advice!!
by: ?????I am a legacy for ADPi and the girls seem really sweet and I hear good things about their sisterhood but I’m worried about the reputation. Is greek life here just mean or is adpi really that bad??

As a general rule everything on this site is pretty hateful. I encourage you to meet the girls and make your own decisions. In the real world no one cares what srat you are in. No one will judge you for joining your legacy chapter. All the sororitys have a similar experience. You will experience the same date parties and friendships in any sorority you join

It depends what your goal in joining a sorority is. If you are rushing for the purpose to making lasting relationships then I think you’d enjoy it as I have friends that do! But if your goal is to be apart of a “top house” then I don’t think your values would align with there’s.

I’m an ADPi from Baylor and I totally understand your thoughts here. I would say not to worry about reputation Bc that can completely overtake your sorority experience. If you vibe with ADPi then go for it, if not that’s okay, too! I will warn you that Bc you’re a legacy some houses might drop you for that reason. Their loss tho! Happy recruitment💖
