The house where you feel the most at home that loves you back is your top house. These "tiers" mean nothing. If you're in high school do you think another group of girls is "top tier" or better than the girls you are friends with? Would you switch or determine your friend group based on a "tier". No, so don't do it here either. Land where you are meant to be and you will be happy. And as to your question AXO is full of cute, fun girls that love each other and have a great sisterhood. And that's really all you should be concerned about when visiting any house.

tier is based off of looks and reputation it just determines who you mix with but at the end of the day frats have parties anyone can attend and many of top tier houses have so rude people. so just find ur fit don’t envy just bc they are “higher ranked”
