I couldn’t rush this fall. Who’s looking to spring rush? I know only a few does and idc about Rankings but are there rumors out yet on who will? I want to try to build connections before!

No, they don’t “all” do it. Chapters are eligible to COB if they are below chapter total (the median or average number of members, whichever Panhellenic uses). If total is 250, then only the chapters with under 250 members can do COB. It’s usually less than half the chapters, just depends on the semester as to who falls below.
Last Spring, the only chapters who pledged members during COB were XO, AXO, and ADPi (per grade report). XO and AXO each took 4 while ADPi took a bigger spring class. If other chapters were below total then they did not COB. It’s not required, just an option to increase numbers.
The spring before (2018) a lot more chapters pledged COB’s:
KAT
DDD
AXO
GPB
DZ
ADPi
Theta, Gamma Phi & ADPi took between 10-20 new members while the others took 3-5.

People tell themselves all chapters do to make themself feel better but the reality is that it just comes down to numbers and many chapters don’t have number issues and don’t do it. Not to be shady, just don’t want that comment to get your hopes up
