I heard that delt was getting sued by Chili’s for their chilifest theme. Is that true?

Yes 100% big facts can confirm on behalf of the entire delt chapter that chili’s is taking the time to sue over a Chilifest build theme. Heard they are settling for $10M, how will Fajitas and Rita’s survive? Heard dues are going up to $15K a semester to pay off the lawsuit. Can anyone confirm or deny?
