^You really are a corn dog to be discrediting phi delt, they won ifc rising star, had a good philanthropy, and were featured on lots of aggie social media. Stop hating on other frats for nothing, the school already hates greek life as a whole

I don’t know much about lambda chi but they’ve only been on campus this semester and already have almost like 50 guys so I don’t really think you can say they have always sucked.

Yeah Lambda Chi being here only a few months is already much better than most if not all the bottom frat houses already

If I why people are saying phi psi and lambada chi. Lambda chi hasn’t even had a single party so there is no way to tell if they suck or not but I’m willing to bed that they suck. And phi psi has been here long enough to know that they seriously suck. It’s not that the guys are bad or anything but if you can’t throw a good party or have a house you are gonna suck. I would say that DKE was doing pretty good with the new house and all that but who knows if they will last anymore. I would also say that ATO is often overlooked. They throw good parties

My Roomate is a lambda chi and he was saying they aparently have a lot of rich alumni buying them a house by next spring. Not sure if that’s just a front or if serious.
