rush coach - helpful or nah?
by: rush 2019I found out a bunch of girls at my school are working with a rush coaching program to get ready and they're being kinda hush hush about it. What are some good recommendations? It is that helpful? Do a lot of girls coming to a&m use one or is it just a houston thing?

Use one if you want to but we know who's been tweaked by a professional and who is just being herself. We're not interested in recruiting fake girls who are trying to suck up to a sorority by changing themselves. We want real sisters who we feel like we know by the end of the week.

Just know that we know precisely who is using these services and who does not. Most here are very opposed to our school going down the path that some schools who shall remain nameless have gone down with their greek systems. So, give some thought to your choices. The paperworks isn't hard and if you can do a college application then you can do the paperwork. The best advice is to get started on recommendations early and don't wait. Know also that if your grades are weak you will be punished by the system.

I used one last year and it was SO helpful. She reviewed all the forms with me and made sure I was submitting things correctly. Also helped me improve my resume a lot.
