somewhere else . there are relatively no open lots on the row and no space unless something else was knocked down

i've been told that they're about to lose their charter bc there's no property large enough that they could buy that is also close enough to the row. the only way they could stay is if they bought the pikapp house but they don't have nearly enough money for what pikapp would be willing to sell the house for.
