outsourcing pledge training

I am selling one of my books on Craigslist and this guy ask about it... says he is in the frat at TKE, we talk a little and he says that they need help training pledges. Said he’d pay me $150 per training session on just one pledge for a couple of hours... is this even a thing? Outsourcing training your pledges?
