TOP (in order):
Zeta / DG (pretty interchangeable bc they each have their pros and cons)
Tri Delta
MID (in order):
Kappa
Chi O / Pi Phi (interchangeable)
AXO / Theta (both in between the ones listed above and below but are so different from each other i would just say they're separate but equal)
KD
BOTTOM (in order):
DZ (could be considered mid or bottom, but either way would stay in between the ones above and below)
G Phi
AOPi / ADPi (interchangeable)

Each of six you mentioned are great chapters and fill a niche and have a certain vibe. Zeta fills a hot niche, Kappa fills a wealthy/fun spot, Chi O fills a social but Christian, Tri Delta fills a wealthy/ classy/ Christian, DG is fun/cute, and Pi phi fills a no drama /smart, nice girls niche.
Also, Kappa, Tri Delta, Chi O and Pi Phi tend to go for big city girls while DG and Zeta tend to pull more small town/suburban girls.
You might not appreciate those traitors as strengths, but other people do which is why people can’t agree on who is top.

I like this as well, but to be honest, so many sororities at the top have fallen and upper-mid ones gotten much stronger. I think for the first time in a long time, our "top tier" is just a gigantic Top 6.
NO ORDER:
Zeta: Rose. got much hotter this year
DDD/Kappa: Fell. didn't get their target girls, many targets who are pretty/from high profile areas chose other sororities instead.
XO/Pi Phi: Rose. Both pretty similar vibe, Pi Phi more quiet and keep to themselves, but pretty well liked by everyone. XO more social with on-campus and men's orgs but also more drama and fakey holier than thou Bible beating.
DG: Same. Sort of similar to Zeta but less focus on pure hotness, more interested in having girls who are fun.
The rest is the exact same as OP's opinion, except putting GPhi same level as DZ or even putting GPhi above DZ IMO.
