“Not to be confused PiKapp” which has the distinct advantage of being housed on the row and liked by the surrounding sororities.

This is spot on.

No one, I repeat NO ONE gets a bid from the other 5 fraternities and thinks for a second of taking a bid from DTD or PIKE.

Dudes thinking about rush should plan accordingly.
