GPhi’s house is not new. It was the old AGD house and they bought it. I will say though that they’ve done a great job making it their own with all their renovations.

Exteriors of the houses are pretty obvious. The newer houses tend to be on the more modern side, however, a lot of the older houses have had renovations to try and update them more. A lot of the interiors are really nice as well. They are all pretty cool in their own way.
