You'll take a bus to your new house and be greeted by the actives who have thrown a huge bid day celebration for you- each house will have its own theme. Your bid day buddy will be holding a sign with your name on it & give you a chapter tshirt and some cute stuff that goes with their bid day theme. Lots of hugging & pics! Then big pledge class pic on the lawn.
Later on, you'll get food and just hang out and get to know your new sisters. Each house has its own Bid Day traditions. There won't be any alcohol or hazing though if that's a concern for you.
